Steve Morris began working in the area of inclusion 27 years ago exploring equal and fair treatment of offenders with court staff, judges and stipendiary magistrates. Working with Enact for 15 years he has gone on to be part of the design and delivery of inclusion programmes across all sectors and industries. With careers in rehabilitation of offenders and CAMHS, Steve brings understanding, knowledge and experience which he combines with a psychologically informed approach to coaching, training and facilitation. This allows people to explore complex issues around protected characteristics in a way that encourages discussion, education and supportive challenge. He works in groups and also provides one to one inclusion coaching.

He is a lecturer in DMM Attachment at University of Roehampton and in Coproduction on the Clinical Psychology Doctorate at University of Hertfordshire. He is cofounder of ADHD Clarity Now, providing training and coaching for people who have ADHD and for people who live and work with people with ADHD.
