Jay has developed and delivered mental health and wellbeing training for 7 over years, working across a range of subjects including Mental Health Awareness, Stress Management, Resilience and Suicide Awareness & Prevention. He has worked with organisations across the commercial, statutory and voluntary sectors including large clients such as West Yorkshire Police, Leeds United Football Club and Canal & River Trust. Jay is qualified in the delivery of Mental Health First Aid as well as Youth Mental Health First Aid and is an oracle on all things mental health!

Jay is on a mission to get people talking about mental health and wellbeing at work. As well as delivering for Enact, Jay is busy through his own company ‘The Jay Train,’ working with organisations to support people’s mental health through practical education and help them improve their emotional health, engagement and productivity.

Previously Jay worked as a Learning & Development consultant and Teacher. CIPD Accredited – Certificate in Learning & Development Practice (QCF Level 3). Yorkshire Counselling Training – Group facilitation & counselling skills. PEP – Patient Empowerment & Wellbeing Link Worker.
