An accomplished actor, working in theatre, film and television for 20 plus years in Australia prior to moving to the UK with his wife in 2019. Aldo has appeared in numerous professional productions, as well as, for community and educational-based drama performance. Alongside his acting career, Aldo has established himself as a leading facilitator and consultant in the field of organisational and culture transformation helping to unleash the potential of people in their organisations for enhanced business performance. In his spare time, Aldo pursues his love and passion for both film and digital photography.
