HPMA South West Member Event
Enact Solutions, in partnership with Browne Jacobson LLP, are delighted to be delivering an experiential drama-based Case Study session to HPMA members.
We’re going to share examples of how NHS organisations have been tackling harassment and bullying in the workplace with our innovative and immersive approach. We’ll also show you our work, developed for managers, that aims to ensure when the need for firm management arises it doesn’t get misconstrued as bullying behaviour.
The programme for this event blends highly skilled facilitation, dramatised scenes (don’t worry, you won’t be asked to act), multimedia filmed material, a variety of experiential exercises, and high levels of interaction, including electronic polling.
The session will focus on understanding our individual responsibilities in helping create a more positive working environment. Content for the session includes:
- To recognise bullying and harassing behaviours
- To increase willingness and confidence to tackle these behaviours appropriately
- To understand the effect of negative working cultures on self, team and organization and recognize their personal responsibility to influence positive change
- To recognise workplace incivility in action and explore options for tackling incivility when we see it at play
