How does the culture in your organisation incorporate the idea of belonging?

Do people have to adhere to a set of unspoken behaviors just to fit in?

Or cover certain aspects of themselves in fear of being excluded?

A thriving workplace is one where people are accepted for who they are and feel a sense of belonging.

If employees don’t experience a sense of belonging, this can impact creativity, performance and team cohesion.

At Enact we’ve developed a brand-new framework that focuses on what may hinder or enhance a sense of belonging.

This showcase will demonstrate extracts from our interactive belonging series covering themes including:

  • Creating an open and effective culture with psychological safety.
  • Building stronger teams by understanding Neurodivergence.
  • Driving innovation by working with opposing opinions.
  • Keep going and prevent burnout by embracing Well-being

Through a highly interactive experience, delegates consider how they can take responsibility for creating a culture of belonging in their workplace.
