TIME: 1:00 pm
DURATION: 1 Hour

Get serious: a free livestream event about challenging sexual harassment in the workplace

Please note, this is a taster showcase session. It’s an opportunity for Human Resources, Equality & Diversity, and Learning & Development professionals to try out elements of the programme, learn more about our work in this area, and to consider whether it’s something that they would be interested to run in their organisation.

“an insightful, honest, impactful and powerful session. A safe space was created where people felt able to interact and be open which is always powerful. The session was very reflective of what we see, and the drama was relevant and relatable” – Training participant

In a world where many women experience sexual harassment at work and most don’t tell their employer about what’s happening for fear of not being believed or damaging their working relationships and career prospects, employers need to get serious about making a safe workplace for women. Experiential, drama-based training can really help and on 28th March 2024 we’ll be live on MS Teams offering a one-hour opportunity to find out more about how.

A deep dive

At Enact, we support organisations working hard to create inclusive, professional workplaces, free from unwanted inappropriate behaviours like sexual harassment, sexism, and misogyny. It’s a complex issue, so we’ve chosen to give you an in-depth experience of how we approach one aspect: challenging sexual harassment. Using our experiential approach to behaviour change we help employees learn practical tools to take action to address sexual harassment. Of course, we understand that for anyone who experiences or witnesses  inappropriate behaviour at work, challenging it is not easy and takes bravery. We’ll show you how our immersive, drama-based training enables employees to get to grips with new  tools and techniques, and as a result builds the confidence they’ll need to speak out and become an effective challenger.
