How 2025 Is Going So Far!

With so many strong opinions flying around these days and tensions seeming higher than ever, it’s become very important for organisations to take a closer look at how people behave at work.

At Enact, we’ve seen a big jump in requests for sessions that dive into the specific attitudes and concerns that matter to each client in areas themed around respect, effective conversations, relationship management, challenging sexual harassment, cultural awareness, and inclusion

Our hands-on, experiential approach really helps teams explore different perspectives in a safe space – and drama continues to be such a powerful tool for sparking insight and showing what good practice looks like.

We’ve been working on a wide variety of exciting projects lately, and no two have been the same! There’s a real mix of topics and industries, and it’s been so rewarding getting to know new clients.

Our amazing actors have done a fantastic job stepping into different workplace cultures and ways of working to make sure every session feels totally relevant and useful for the people in the room.

The feedback we’ve had has been incredibly positive – it really shows the talent and dedication of our team. Here are just a few of the lovely things people have said recently:

This was by far my favourite course of them all and made me feel more comfortable about having difficult conversations in future, not only with customers but also with staff.
I cannot thank you enough for landing what was an incredibly impactful session- honestly it was epic! So many people spoke afterwards & were just gobsmacked at the experience they'd gone through. Someone said it was the best session they'd ever experienced ... awesome & really got tone, emotion, alignment to our industry too.
The session was fab, really engaging and comfortable. The training felt really authentic and was super insightful.
The actors were incredibly convincing and really allowed us to take a step back from the recruitment process and analyse it.
It helped me realise the skills we require to provide a great service to customers. As well as way to improve on our current skills.

If you’d like to know more about our work please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
