Overview

In today’s complex business environment, poor interpersonal skills among leaders directly impact employee retention, team performance, and organisational productivity. Studies consistently show that employees leave managers, not companies, while teams led by leaders with strong people skills demonstrate higher engagement, reduced conflict, and improved business outcomes.

This intensive series of workshops addresses these challenges through four interrelated, complementary workshops that build on each other while remaining effective as standalone modules.

Through immersive, experiential learning featuring professional actors in realistic workplace scenarios based around a ‘Day in the Life’ of a fictional leader, participants develop and practise their skills in a safe environment before applying them to real workplace situations.

Available in both online and face-to-face formats for groups of 8-20 participants, these half-day workshops, with optional additional skills-based practice, offer flexible learning solutions that adapt to your organisation’s specific needs and schedule.

Found it interesting and helpful. Being able to observe other management techniques (that I will try to embody as my own) and also having a bit more confidence in my own leadership.
Today's session was an eye opener to reality in the world of leadership, communication and people.

Very accessible and useful session both for experienced leaders and new leaders. Great to have an opportunity to have all staff in leadership positions come together and listen to each other and continue to reflect and improve as we lead by example.
Promoted reflection and helped me think about my leadership strengths and needs and needs of my team.

I learnt about how to manage people in my team more effectively to achieve desired result while including everyone in the space. It was well worth the time.
The interaction and engagement with it being brought to ‘life’ in person has a great impact on how I process something - it's an experience, which has more ‘stickiness’ to the learning.

Never experienced anything like this. Really thought provoking - the type of experience keeps providing growth and learning after the fact. I really enjoyed the contributions of the Enact leader and the two actors. AND I really enjoyed listening to my colleagues and their perspectives.
I really enjoyed this method for delivering training. I found it allowed me to experience the emotions of the concepts to understand their impacts.
