Sonny has worked with Enact for over 5 years and after starting as an actor, he stepped into the role of facilitator and really began to find his groove. Hugely inspired by academics like Brené Brown, he is super driven in connecting with people. Having trained to become a Mental Health First Aider and feeling the power it has for effective change, he undertook further training as an MHFA instructor. This training remains a powerful guiding principle behind his facilitation style which leads from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion and bravery. Sonny has delivered training to over a thousand delegates in his time with Enact including workshop facilitation in Effective Conversations, Open Minds, Dignity & Respect to name just a few. Sonny is certified by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Aware courses.
Whilst training is a real passion for Sonny, it is easily eclipsed by his obsession for escape rooms and Judge Judy, which has been described by many as “unhealthy”.
