National Grid Metering worked in partnership with Enact Solutions across two sites during the summer of 2012. The aim was to deliver some 6 workshops to 104 employees to raise awareness around inclusion & Diversity within the workforce.

The workshops were highly interactive and the feedback from staff was very positive indeed, with many staff members still referring to the sessions in terms of how their views have been challenged and how this would impact their views going forward in both the workplace and outside the workplace.

Enact Solutions worked closely with National Grid Metering to define the scope of the sessions and were very clear in how they would assess the success. Enact Solutions were proactive throughout and consistently showed a ‘can do’ attitude in being flexible to accommodate dates, times and venues.

It is clear that Peter Allen has a unique learning and development delivery channel. By deploying professional actors to provide a highly entertaining and interactive learning experience, numerous people across National Grid Metering have benefited.
