On Thursday 6th August 2020 we will be showcasing our ‘Productive Conversations in Challenging Times’ virtual training and learning development workshop via livestream.

A 1½ hour ‘taster’ showcase. This powerful session is designed to assist organisations in the ‘new normal’. There is heightened anxiety around the continuing risks and fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic, such as the increased risk to BAME colleagues, fears around furlough and redundancy and the impact on mental health and wellbeing. Attendees will explore our ‘tried and tested’ approach to successfully handling potentially ‘difficult conversations’. The workshop is designed to reflect remote working and the challenging backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic. You’ll find out how we deliver highly engaging, immersive learning experiences that blend drama, theoretical models and live interactive content.

This livestream session explores how to help managers at all levels learn and practise the essential ‘soft’ skills needed to hold high impact, productive conversations with team members, peers, and superiors.
