What’s it all about?
Enact Solutions is very pleased to announce this FREE opportunity to sample our highly impactful, experiential Living the Values training.
Lots of organisations have core values; guiding principles intended to shape behaviour and action. Our training underpins these values, bringing them to life with realistic drama-based scenarios guaranteed to get all types of employees exploring together the ways they behave at work and how to get the best from each other every day.
Originally developed for a multi-national industrial engineering group based here in the UK, in this 3 hour ‘case study’ workshop you’ll get to see first-hand the effectiveness of our approach and just what makes it so special.
A drama based workshop (where you don’t have to act)
Delegates tell us all of the time how our approach stands out from other training. We utilise a dynamic blend of live drama with professional actors (never fear, delegates don’t act at all), multi-media filmed material, electronic voting systems (measuring success), and highly skilled facilitation to throw new light on everyday challenges.
Using carefully scripted scenarios and activities, delegates examine realistic examples where bad practice and its consequences can be highlighted and explored in a safe and supportive environment. It’s a powerful, tried and tested way to get messages across, develop employees, and ultimately improve organisational performance.
Who should attend?
Our Living the Values training is tailored to an organisation’s Core Values. It’s intended for mixed groups of employees and delivered either organisation-wide, for everyone, or as part of an induction programme for new employees.
For this ‘case study’ session, we’ll be using existing material to give you an insight into just what we offer. It is especially relevant to anyone within Human Resources or learning & development commissioning roles, whatever the sector.
Learning and development
The training addresses a wide range of issues and challenges, including:
- Introducing the core values and getting a clear, shared understanding of just what they mean and how they apply in the workplace
- Identifying inappropriate behaviours, the attitudes that underlie them, and the potentially negative impact these can have on an individual, the team and the wider organisation
- Focusing on specific workplace challenges, such as banter vs bullying
- Familiarising employees with legal responsibilities as laid out in The Equality Act 2010
- Letting employees know how to access employee support mechanisms
- Exploring personal responsibility, reflecting on the key take-away from the training, and making a specific pledge as regards their own behaviour
This is a great chance to experience our powerful and distinctive work in this area for free, but don’t hang around as places are limited and will be booked on a first come, first served basis. (Please note that, due to demand and administration costs, there will be a £99 plus VAT charge for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop.)
