Enact Solutions is delighted to offer an excellent FREE opportunity to sample our highly impactful, experiential leadership training.

Leadership qualities are needed throughout an organisation. Our training is designed specifically for managers, to get them thinking about what’s expected of them at different levels. Team leader, middle manager, department head, director, CEO, our training brings to life the challenges and the leadership qualities they will need to enable all employees to work together effectively towards a common goal.

In this bite-size 1.5 hour workshop, you’ll get to see first-hand the effectiveness of our approach and just what makes it so special.

A drama based workshop (where you don’t have to act)

Delegates tell us all of the time how our approach stands out from other training. We utilise a dynamic blend of live drama with professional actors (never fear, delegates don’t act at all), multi-media filmed material, electronic voting systems (measuring success), and highly skilled facilitation to throw new light on everyday challenges.

Using carefully scripted scenarios and activities, delegates examine realistic examples where bad practice and its consequences can be highlighted and explored in a safe and supportive environment. It’s a powerful, tried and tested way to get messages across, develop employees, and ultimately improve organisational performance.

Designed for managers at all levels, this bite-size showcase session provides a useful introduction and insight into our leadership behaviours training. It is especially relevant to anyone within Human Resources or learning & development commissioning roles, whatever the sector.

Our leadership behaviours training addresses a wide range of issues and challenges, including:

  • Maintaining customer focus
  • Bridging the gap to other parts of the ‘business process’ and raising issues across team and departmental boundaries
  • Managing upwards to get the right kind of support
  • Moving beyond visible success to real success, using performance measures to learn and improve rather than simply ‘look good’
  • Coaching others, asking good questions, inviting feedback on your own leadership style
  • Effectively managing oneself, prioritising, scheduling and saying ‘no’ when necessary
  • Managing for the bigger picture rather than settle for ‘local’ success
