What’s it all about?
Ever wondered how often people’s potential contributions to the business are being limited by the attitudes you have toward them? Here’s a free opportunity to experience a workshop that allows participants to explore what Inclusion and Diversity means and their individual responsibility as leaders.
A drama based workshop
Our experiential learning approach utilises a dynamic blend of live drama, multi media filmed resources, electronic voting systems (measuring success), and highly skilled facilitation. It is a powerful way to explore behaviours and will be relevant to anyone within Human Resources or Learning & Development roles.
With carefully scripted scenarios and activities, our facilitator will enable delegates to examine, in a safe and supportive environment, realistic examples where bad practice and its consequences can be highlighted and explored. Then participants can reflect on the lessons they will take away and make specific pledges for changes they want to carry over into the workplace.
Participants will learn:
- Practise challenging inappropriate behaviour and recognising responsibility to do so
- Develop greater cultural awareness
- Explore valuing and supporting participation of employee networks; and
- Identify best practice in areas like flexible working, age discrimination, and talent selection
This is a great chance to experience our ground breaking workshop for free, but don’t hang around as places are limited and will be booked on a first come, first served basis. (Please note that, due to demand and administration costs, there will be a £99 plus VAT charge for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop.)
The workshop will take place in Leeds at the White Cloth Gallery.
Registration, with refreshments, starts at 9.00am. The workshop itself will begin at 9.30am.
It goes without saying, we’d be delighted to see you there.
