What’s it all about?
This highly engaging ‘Bite Size’ workshop focuses on the importance of effective employee engagement; not just in your own team or department, but throughout the organisation.
We explore what leads to disengaged colleagues and the negative impact this has on individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole. Disengaged staff can exhibit limiting attitudes, such as a ‘them and us’ blame culture. Having an appreciation of the bigger picture enables delegates to reduce the blame and work together more effectively to achieve team and organisational goals.
- Recognise the negative impact created by a ‘them and us’ blame culture
- Appreciate more what can be achieved working together
- Understand the importance of working effectively across wider teams
- Recognise we are accountable for our actions
“I have organised, attended and facilitated training over the last 10 years and this is one of the best! Very worthwhile to attend and reflect.”
“Please can we have more workshops like this?”
“I enjoyed the training and thought it was really relevant to our work as an organisation”
We are running two separate workshops, each lasting two hours, on the 23rd of September at 9.30am to 11.30pm and at 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
We are delighted to offer this event free of charge (due to demand and administration costs there will be a £99 plus VAT charge for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop). Spaces will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
