Vanessa is a multi-sector Process, Psychology and Change Leader. Her background includes leading a number of specialist selection and assessment, learning & development and leadership projects in the UK, Australia, Poland and the Caribbean. From a mix of both public and private sector organisations, Vanessa has worked with a number of household names including, The Bank of England, Clifford Chance, UBS investment Bank, UN, British Airways and a Caribbean Government agency.
Alongside her consulting role, she interims as a CEO for a turnaround non-profit, delivers evaluation for theatres and when she has time, uses her early background as an actor to run storytelling workshops for children in nature.
An experienced workshop facilitator for over 15 years, her recent expertise has led her to supporting leadership reflections in hybrid working. Her insightful approach to EDI spans the co-writing of the cross-cultural component for Warwick University’s MBA program 15 years ago to the current “Unapologetic Landscape” of BLM and George Floyd. Here Vanessa operates both disruptively and incrementally in Inclusion and Equality, priding herself on interventions that regardless of the subject are incisive, energetic, compassionate, and thought provoking.
