20 years ago, on completion of her degree in English Studies, a passion for theatre and the Arts led Rachel to a job as Receptionist for a company specialising in Theatre In Education. From there she worked her way up to the Project Manager of a UK-wide schools’ tour commissioned by BT, to help young people improve their communication skills. Whilst working, she also gained an MA in Cultural Policy and Management to compliment her experience in this area and give her a better understanding of the challenges of Arts Organisations.

Since the BT project ended, Rachel has worked in both the public and private sector, including with Schools, local government, and a Further Education provider, demonstrating her skills in multi-tasking, prioritising and organising (which her family and friends also experience!).

She is thrilled to be working again in drama-based learning, with Enact Solutions, on projects that are current and transformative, and supportive programmes that aim to improve the culture of organisations.
