Helen has background as an Actor and an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

She is really excited about becoming an assistant artistic director for Enact Solutions and has recently designed several new courses including ‘Man-Enough’ a session which explored masculinity and challenges facing men at work.

Helen is passionate about human behaviour and values robust research as part of her practice. By drawing on humour, and positive psychology, Helen helps the clients she works with build resilience and learn from failure, embracing it, not fearing it.

She has experience in several communication and training organisations including Leeds University, The Royal College of Policing, and Act Up North.
