Special Projects Lead
After leaving university with first class honours in History, Jemima gained fantastic customer service experience when she ran her own business, before moving into the learning and development/drama-based learning sector.

Jemima joined Enact shorty after its formation and has since worked in a variety of roles within the company. This has given her a broad understanding of the company, its motivation and its clients.

As the Special Projects Lead, Jemima’s role is to push the organization toward adopting a project-driven structure and foster a collaborative and empowering culture that reaches across silos. Her goals are to ensure that project-management competencies are developed throughout the organization. She helps translate strategy into execution through project selection and prioritization, establishing accountability and governance, Optimising resource allocation and Modernising organisation and project management practices.

Jemima also supports the Enact permanent team of colleagues with training and HR responsibilities.
